Your Tasks

• Manage and coordinate operational processes in collaboration with internal departments and external partners (e.g. banks, exchanges).
• Monitor incidents and disruptions impacting operational performance and lead prompt, consistent responses to resolve inconsistencies.
• Support the seamless execution of non-technical operations.
• Act as the key contact for external and internal stakeholders regarding operational processes, incident handling, and process optimization.
• Continuously improve and refine operational setups and workflows.
• Ensure consistent internal and external reporting and drive its further development.
• Optimize and automate existing operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Execute customer-related processes and contribute to improving customer operations.

What You Bring to the Table

•  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field of study.
• Initial experience in a financial services environment and an interest in securities and cryptocurrency trading.
• Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on details and high standards of accuracy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Fluently in German and English (spoken and written).
