As Product Manager - IT Integrations, you will be the driving force behind our integration strategy, leading a team of talented IT Integration Engineers. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for all integration-related initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange across our systems and platforms. Your work will be pivotal in enabling efficient processes and ensuring our digital products are seamlessly integrated.
 
This position allows for remote work; however, we highly value in-person interaction within the team. We therefore request your regular on-site presence for key team votes, special events, and to foster team spirit.

Your Tasks

 

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT integrations, aligned with the overall business objectives of Boerse Stuttgart Digital.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various departments (trading, custody, compliance, etc.) to understand their integration needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Gather, analyze, and prioritize integration requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Roadmap Execution: Oversee the execution of the integration roadmap, working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure integration solutions.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration solutions, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Product Evangelism: Communicate the value and benefits of our integration solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all integration solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and security standards.

 

What You Bring to the Table

 

• Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT-Integrations or related areas.
• Projekt Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex integration projects.
• Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of integration technologies and architectures (APIs, microservices, message queues, etc.).
• Analytical Ability: Robust analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to support decision-making and achieve goals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (min. C1) and proficient in German (min. B2).
