As a Senior Product Designer, you lead the end-to-end design process, creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and ensure design consistency through a well-structured Design System. Your role also includes driving strategic design decisions, mentoring other designers, and fostering a strong design culture within the team.

Your Tasks

 

• Product Design Strategy & Vision: Play an active role in shaping and driving the design vision, strategy of Boerse Stuttgart Digital, ensuring alignment with business goals and a seamless user experience—while championing the value of design across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various departments (Product, Marketing, Engineering, CRM etc.) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• End-to-End Product Design: Own and execute the entire design process, from discovery to final implementation, ensuring intuitive, high-quality, and scalable solutions.
• User Research & Data-Driven Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions, optimizing for impact.
• Design System: Partially own, evolve, and scale our Design System, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and seamless integration across all product experiences.
• Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure designs meet regulatory, security, and accessibility standards, making our products inclusive and compliant.

 

What You Bring to the Table

 

• Product Design Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end work.
• Design System Experience: Proven track record of successfully implementing design systems, creating & implementing, and evolving them.
• Platform Experience: Experience designing B2B & B2C web and mobile products at scale.
• Advanced Figma Skills: Deep expertise in Figma, including creating components, design tokens, prototypes, and scalable design systems for seamless collaboration.
• Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to question assumptions and use data-driven insights (qualitative & quantitative) to inform strategic design decisions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (min. C1) and proficient in German (min. B2).
