Your Tasks

• Lead a dynamic development team dedicated to conceptualizing, crafting, and launching cutting-edge features and tools for institutional clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and other product teams, to define and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the unique needs and preferences of institutional clients.
• Drive innovation and agility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving market trends and institutional client feedback to deliver continuous improvements and maintain a competitive edge in the trading industry.
• Craft detailed product requirement documents, oversee technical backlogs, and prioritize feature development to ensure the institutional trading platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fintech and/or B2B(2C) project with a track record of leading Scrum teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and business development disciplines.
• Robust analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to support decision-making and goal achievement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  English (min. C1) and German (min. B2).
