Your Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the development of our trading platform and internal tooling
Participate in the technical design and implementation of customer requirements, including aspects of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Communicate with internal customers and relevant stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements to existing processes

What You Bring

Experience in developing web applications using web frameworks and relational databases, preferably Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Experience with PostgreSQL databases
Analytical and conceptual skills
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
