As a Visual Designer, you’ll take ownership of and elevate our digital assets, including the Bison app, landing pages, and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to create engaging visual content, animations/ videos for various channels. Additionally, you’ll design marketing materials, UI animations and components to enhance and maintain our design language.

Your Tasks

 

• Design Visual & Motion Content: Create high-quality visuals, animations, and videos for social media, ads, and other marketing materials that strengthen our brand’s presence and connect with audiences.
  
• Enhance User Experience with Motion: Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion storyboards that make our app feel intuitive, polished, and dynamic.
  
• Build a Scalable Marketing Design System: Create scalable visual and motion components that ensure brand consistency across platforms, aligning with our design system and brand guidelines.
  
• Manage Projects: Independently prioritize, organize, and track animation & design projects to streamline workflows. 
  
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Communications teams to embed motion into our brand experience. Stay current with motion trends and tools (e.g., Rive)
  
• Market & Trend Awareness: stay updated on visual & motion trends and tools (e.g., Rive)
  

 

What You Bring to the Table

 

• Education: Degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Media Production, or a related design field.
• Experience & Skills: several years of experience in visual & motion design with a strong portfolio (visual design, motion graphics, video editing).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, with experience in expressions and tools like Lottie or similar.
• Creative & Technical Expertise: Strong sense of composition, color, typography, and animation timing. Experience with 3D design for advanced motion projects is an advantage.
• Mindset & Collaboration: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality work; strong team player with excellent communication skills and a focus on refining processes and bringing fresh ideas.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
