As a working student in Retail Product, you support the team in planning, analyzing, and maintaining the product assortment. You work with sales data, conduct market analyses, and assist in preparing new product launches. Your Tasks

Product Documentation & Transparency: Create and maintain product documentation that ensures transparency and serves as a foundation for developing new features.
User Insights & Feedback Analysis: Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Market & Competitor Research: Monitor the market and analyze competitors to identify best practices and support strategic decision-making.
Decision Support & Data Visualization: Prepare decision-making materials for the Product and Management teams and visualize complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
Feature Testing & Continuous Improvement: Test new features, evaluate feedback and contribute to continuously improving the user experience.

What You Bring to the Table

Academic Background: You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in Business, Information Systems, UX Design, Informatics or a related field.
Passion for Product Management: You have a strong interest in Product Management. Prior experience through internships, working student positions or personal projects is a plus.
Technical & Tool Proficiency: You are proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Sheets) and open to learning new systems.
Structured & Analytical Working Style: You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner, and can present complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
Data Affinity & Insight Generation: You enjoy working with data and drawing insights from it.
Interest in Modern Finance & Innovation: You are enthusiastic about neo-brokers, cryptocurrencies, digital assets and modern financial markets.
Language Proficiency: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
