As a lawyer, she not only ensures that all the rules are adhered to, but above all supports her colleagues by providing professional legal advice in advance of major projects. Bettina maintains an overview in the jungle of regulation and thus sets the course for legally sound decisions.
Head of IT Plan | Boerse Stuttgart Group
Steffen Ehrhardt has been leading the IT Strategy & Governance team at Boerse Stuttgart Group with great expertise since October 2021. His expertise covers important areas such as IT strategy, governance, ITSM, ITSCM and data protection. Open and trusting communication is particularly important to him – thereby, he relies on the “Circle of Influence”, as he is firmly convinced that we achieve the best results by focusing on sustainable influences. He enjoys joining forces with his team and colleagues to create innovative solutions.

Since joining in 2021, Simon Jazbar has doubled the size of his team. As Engineering Manager, he is overseeing HR, recruitment, career building, perks and processes. Simon's talents extend beyond his profession, as he is known to make the best Neapolitan pizzas in the Slovenian office. In his spare time, he enjoys the thrill of motorcycling. Simon brings both professionalism and fun to the team, making him an invaluable asset.

Bianca Becker has been part of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange team since 2007 and was Germany's youngest stock exchange trader when she started her career. She trades everything from corporate to government bonds to foreign currency bonds – whether electronically, on the phone or by call. Bianca provides competent information regarding bonds at all times. She not only feels at home on the stock exchange trading floor – in her free time, she also navigates some stormy waters. Lastly, she is a loyal supporter of VfB Stuttgart.
Junior Specialist Digital Workplace | Boerse Stuttgart Group
Maxim has been working in the Transformation Office of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange since April 2021, where he already dealt with topics in the area of digital transformation as a working student. In addition to technical responsibility for shared infrastructure services, he supports colleagues with digitalization measures and the implementation of his own ideas and is the contact person for questions regarding the general use of our tools.
Executive Director of BISON & Head of Retail Brokerage | Boerse Stuttgart Digital
Benjamin is responsible for the entire digital product side. In addition to that, he is also in charge of the retail business – including BISON – and leads the institutional business. With a long career in the financial sector, including stints at Barclays and Raisin, he brings extensive experience and joined the Boerse Stuttgart Digital team in 2022. In his private life, he lives with his family in Hamburg and appreciates the flexibility that allows him to also work remotely and have enough time for his twins.

Sara has been responsible for accounting and controlling at BX Swiss since 2021. Always in a good mood, she effortlessly juggles the finances of the Swiss Exchange. With precision and accuracy, she takes care of budgets, invoices and taxes. In collaboration with her team, she always maintains an overview and brings a pleasant atmosphere to the world of numbers with her positive spirit.
Thanks to her flexible working hours and the ability to work both from the office in downtown Zurich and from home, Sara manages the balancing act between her role as a mother of three and her professional responsibilities. She is an inspiring example of how to successfully combine career and family.

Thomas has been trading structured securities as part of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange team since 2006. On his ideal working day, he likes to see high volatility, because it is in hectic market phases that traders like him can truly demonstrate their skills. He especially remembers and enjoys the more challenging days. Whether in the garden, on his motorcycle or in the beer garden – Thomas likes to spend his free time in nature.

Juliane has been part of the Group Communications & PR team at Boerse Stuttgart Group since November 2022. In the area of Corporate Communications, her tasks include press relations, managing the Group-wide LinkedIn account and the accompanying communication of important B2B events. As an avid football fan, she is particularly pleased that BISON has been an official trading platform partner of the Kansas City Chiefs since 2023 and has been cheering on the team even more than before.
Head of Issuer Surveillance | Nordic Growth Market
Erik has worked at Nordic Growth Market in Stockholm for more than 25 years.
As Head of Issuer Surveillance, he is responsible for ensuring that regulations are followed. Erik´s job includes reviewing the listed company's press releases and financial reports, being available to support them with regard to information disclosure issues and monitoring trading in real time.
Erik is also responsible for training company executives and board members before they go public at Nordic Growth Market.
