Your tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and meet revenue targets. Including prober sales forecasts and n effectively managed sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key financial institutions and corporate clients in the digital assets space.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and manage complex contract negotiations and close agreements with high-value costumers.
  • Lead and scale the sales team, setting a clear sales methodology, objectives, and key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Collaborate with product and regulatory teams to tailor offerings to market needs and compliance standards.
  • Participate in industry events for company representation and networking opportunities.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of partner products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to define effective strategies for market penetration and growth.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (ideally 2+ years in the digital asset space)
  • Experience in senior sales positions in financial or digital asset industries, preferably focusing on institutional clients
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive network in the financial industry for business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and closing skills with a track record of successfully securing major deals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscape for the digital assets market.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze data and monitor sales performance.
  • Proficiency in German at least at C2 level
