Ruby Backend Engineer (gn)

Your tasks

  • Active involvement in shaping our trading platform and internal tooling
  • Participation in the technical design and implementation of customer requirements, including aspects of security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Communication with internal customers and relevant stakeholders
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement and suggestions for enhancing existing processes

What you bring to the table

  • Experience in developing web applications using web frameworks and relational databases, with preference for Ruby and Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with PostgreSQL databases
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured, reliable, and independent work approach
  • Targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, German proficiency is a plus
