Your Tasks

• Lead and Innovate: Lead a dynamic product and development team dedicated to conceptualizing, crafting, and launching cutting-edge features and tools within the BISON app, aimed at enhancing the user experience and expanding the reach of cryptocurrency trading.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the unique needs and preferences of BISON app users.
• Drive Innovation: Foster innovation and agility in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving market trends and user feedback to deliver continuous improvements and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage Requirements: Craft detailed product requirement documents, oversee technical backlogs, and prioritize feature development to ensure the BISON app remains at the forefront of the crypto brokerage industry.
• Optimize Tools and Processes: Collaborate with our full-stack engineering team to develop and optimize internal tools and processes, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency to support the growth and scalability of the BISON platform.

What You Bring to the Table

• Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fintech and/or B2C project with a proven track record of leading Scrum teams.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and marketing disciplines.
• Analytical Ability: Robust analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to support decision-making and achieve goals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (min. C1) and proficient in German (min. B2).
