Dr. Constantin Bettermann has been Managing Director at the public-law Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse since 15 September 2022, and as well of its holding company since 1 October 2022. He joined Boerse Stuttgart Group in November 2021, is a member of the Group Executive Committee (GEC) and heads the Group's divisions responsible for legal affairs and committees and board support.
Before joining Boerse Stuttgart Group, Dr. Constantin Bettermann headed the global legal, IP, as well as, corporate governance departments of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. Prior to that, he worked for several years as a lawyer at the international law firm Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt am Main. Dr. Constantin Bettermann studied law at the Christian Albrecht University in Kiel and earned his doctorate at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg.
