Dr. Oliver Vins is Chief Financial & Risk Officer at Boerse Stuttgart Digital, Europe’s leading fully regulated crypto infrastructure partner. 

In addition, he is a member of the Group Executive Committee and will take on the position of Boerse Stuttgart Group’s CFO & CRO from January 1st, 2026. Dr. Vins has established himself as a true expert in regulatory matters and is a frequent keynote speaker at leading events in Germany and Europe. He founded vaamo Finanz AG in 2013, where he was Co-CEO and Chief Product Officer until its merger with Moneyfarm. Previously, Dr. Vins worked as a management consultant at McKinsey.

With a doctorate in economics and his financial expertise, he firmly believes in the immense potential of the crypto market for global capital and financial markets and actively supports regulatory initiatives such as MiCAR.
