The Executive Committee consists of up to nine members: the chairperson of the Board of Trustees and up to eight other members of the Board of Trustees who are appointed by its members. The chairperson of the Board of Trustees chairs the Executive Committee, as provided by the articles of association.
The Executive Committee advises and supervises the Management team. The Committee reports on its activities at the ordinary General Meeting.
