Kirsten Weisbender has been Head of People and Transformation at Boerse Stuttgart Group since May 2023. She is responsible for managing the HR activities in the capital markets business and the digital business. In her role, Kirsten Weisbender drives the HR strategy and supports the creation of a productive work environment that fosters employees' potential and thereby contributes to the achievement of the company's goals. Previously, she spent fourteen years at Commerzbank, as head of development & digital culture in digital transformation and head of talent management in HR. She was divisional partner HR at Dresdner from 2000 to 2007.
