Roman Schmidt is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Boerse Stuttgart Digital, the leading European infrastructure provider for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

In this role, he is responsible for sales, key account management, institutional marketing and human resources. With more than 30 years of experience as one of Europe’s leading capital markets bankers, he brings extensive senior-level trading and investment banking expertise from Commerzbank, Barclays Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston.

He currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of St.Galler Kantonalbank Deutschland AG and as a Non-Executive Director of Artex Services AG.
