Samuel Bisig has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of BX Digital AG since July 1, 2025.

Samuel Bisig had already been working for BX Digital AG as an external consultant since early 2022 and as Head of Technology since July 2024. In his role, he has played a key role in designing, testing, and advancing the infrastructural and technical development of the distributed ledger technology (DLT) trading and settlement system.

Samuel Bisig brings extensive experience in technology development, innovation management and strategic leadership.

He has held senior positions at the global IT consulting firm GFT Technologies SE and Heidelberg Instruments Nano AG and has been involved in research projects at renowned institutions such as IBM Research, Harvard University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His core expertise lies in IT architecture, software engineering, and DLT protocols. He studied Material Science & Engineering at ETH Zurich and completed an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C., in 2023.
